  • Vehicle and Plant Inspection
    • Pre-Use Inspections: Conduct visual inspections of vehicles and plant machinery before they are operated on-site, checking for obvious defects or safety issues.
    • Safety Equipment Checks: Ensure that all vehicles and plant machinery are equipped with necessary safety features, such as reversing alarms, lights, and mirrors, and report any deficiencies.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all inspections, vehicle movements, and any incidents or safety breaches, ensuring these are reported to site management.
  • Emergency Response
    • Emergency Procedures: Be prepared to act swiftly in the event of an emergency, such as a vehicle accident or machinery breakdown, coordinating with emergency response teams and ensuring the safety of all site personnel.
    • Evacuation Coordination: In the case of an evacuation, assist in directing vehicles and personnel safely out of the site, ensuring that all exits are clear and accessible.
