In addition, candidates must pass an NOCN (or CITB) Health and Safety test (within 2 years of the course date) prior to attending a course. For Appointed Persons, a Managers and Professional Health and Safety test is required, for Crane/Lift Supervisor, a Managers and Professional Health and Safety test or a Supervisory Health and Safety test is required and for plant training, either an Operative Health and Safety test, a Supervisory Health and Safety test or a Managers Health and Safety test is required.
