You may know our events previously as Women in Construction. That platform has played an important role in creating conversation, connection, and visibility within our industry — and we’re proud of what it has represented.

As our audience has grown, so has our ambition.

We’ve seen increasing interest from people of all ages, genders, backgrounds, and career stages — from students and career-changers to site teams, professionals, and leaders. What’s become clear is that the conversation we’re having is bigger than any one group.

Construction is broad. It’s diverse. It’s evolving.
And our events should reflect that.

So, from here on, our events will be known as:

This new name reflects exactly what our events are about — opening the door to the full world of construction. Not one role, one trade, or one pathway, but the industry as it really is, and who it’s for.

Unlimited speaks to opportunity, progression, and possibility — across skills, careers, experiences, and futures. It represents an industry that continues to grow, adapt, and make room for everyone who wants to be part of it.

What isn’t changing is our commitment to meaningful conversation, real stories, and creating spaces where people feel welcome, informed, and inspired.
