This award is a testament to our ongoing commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the construction industry, an area often underrepresented in terms of gender equality and inclusivity.
The Enterprise Vision Awards recognise and celebrate the incredible achievements of women who are leading businesses, making positive impacts in their communities, and inspiring future generations of entrepreneurs. The awards are a platform that celebrates the diversity of female talent and are not solely focused on business turnover but also highlight creativity, ethics, passion, and the drive behind every success. Sponsored by United Utilities, the EVAs aim to shine a spotlight on businesses driven by talented women across various industries.
The Diverse Business Award honours organisations that have made significant strides towards embracing diversity in their workforce and can demonstrate how inclusivity has positively impacted their business performance. This includes aspects such as gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, and disability.
The judges recognised Cheryl, our director, for her tireless efforts to increase diversity within the construction industry, particularly in championing the inclusion of women. The feedback from the judges highlighted Cheryl’s passion and dedication in breaking down barriers for women in construction and promoting a work environment where everyone, regardless of background, can thrive.
